We're looking for a friendly, reliable and confident Barista / Cafe All-Rounder to join our team.
We're looking for someone with barista experience who can confidently prepare quality coffee, while also being comfortable providing great customer service and helping across the café.
This is an ongoing casual position offering approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours when available.
About the role
You'll be involved in a range of café duties, including:
- Preparing and serving quality coffee and other beverages
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly, efficient service
- Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
- Serving food and assisting with basic food preparation
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented café
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista experience
- Is confident making coffee in a busy café environment
- Takes pride in the quality and presentation of their coffee
- Is friendly, approachable and enjoys interacting with customers
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Works well as part of a team
- Can remain calm and organised during busy periods
- Is willing to help across all areas of the cafe
- Has weekend availability
We're particularly interested in someone who has a genuine interest in coffee and hospitality and wants to become a valued member of the team.
Applicants with less barista experience but a strong hospitality background and the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
