About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Aged Care Support Worker to provide in‑home and community‑based support to older adults across the Moreton Bay region. This role suits someone who is professional, patient, and confident working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care (showering, grooming, continence support)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
- Community access and transport to appointments
- Medication prompting
- Social support and companionship
- Maintaining clear documentation and professional boundaries
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Experience in aged care or community care
- Strong communication and punctuality
