What does the job look like?
Linfox Intermodal is continuing to strengthen its Key Account Management team in Chullora, NSW. We have recently filled one Key Account Manager role and are now seeking two additional team members to help build out the team and support our growing customer engagement capability. These roles will partner closely with tier one customers and operational teams to deliver quality service, operational efficiency, customer growth and retention, while ensuring Linfox remains the preferred choice for safe and efficient long-distance logistics. Key areas:
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure service delivery is in line with contractual requirements
Innovate and analyse to improve processes, reduce cost, maximise profit, share of wallet and revenue streams
Lead business development opportunities including contract renewals, pricing and presentations based on customer requirements to facilitate organic growth, positioning Linfox as the Intermodal solution of choice
Conducting financial and operational analysis to provide customer insight and ensure resources can be utilised to support continuous growth and improvement
Manage new customer integration and ensure a seamless transition to a successful implementation

As a passionate supply chain professional, you will rely on your drive, resilience and commercial acumen to delight our customers with a partnership approach to solution selling. You can demonstrate:
Significant experience in business development or account management within a complex supply chain environment
Providing client-focused solutions ideally in a fast-paced multi customer environment
Proactive approach to relationship management with proven record in transport sales or account management of large accounts
Strong understanding of revenue models, rate cards, P/L, cost-to-serve and commercial analytics
Demonstrated ability using Microsoft office including PPT, Excel, Outlook and Word
