- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Receive incoming goods, dispatch finished goods, and preparing shipments.
- Operations & Office Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure line schedules match inventory levels, orders, and dispatch timelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks on the floor and proactively suggest or implement practical continuous improvements to raise productivity.
- Floor Maintenance: Keep the production area clean, organized, safe, and fully compliant with factory regulations.
About You- Requirements & Preferences
- Warehouse / Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience working on production lines or in a warehouse environment is strongly preferred.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with a hands-on, physical role that requires standing for long periods and heavy lifting.
- Forklift License: A current forklift license is preferred, but not strictly essential for the right candidate.
Key Qualities & Attributes
- Sharp Attention to Detail: Precise with batch management, recipe proportions, and quality checks.
- Master Multitasker: Capable of supervising team members while monitoring active manufacturing machinery and stock flows.
- Can-Do Attitude: Dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to roll up your sleeves whenever needed.
