Support participants with personal care, if required.
Help with cleaning, laundry, meals and household tasks.
Support participants to attend appointments, shopping and community activities.
Encourage independence and choice.
Follow the participant’s support plan.
Report any incidents, risks or changes in the participant’s condition.
Complete shift notes properly.
Follow company policies, WHS and infection control procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
