Hero Sushi is a Sushi Takeaway and Restaurant brand operating approximately 50 stores across Australia, with most stores managed directly by the head office. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Manager.

[Position]
- Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, approximately 45 hours per week)
- Long-term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership
[Salary / Before tax ]
- Training period (With experience: 4–6 weeks, No experience: 4–8 weeks , depending on individual capability)
- Training rate: $29/hour
- Weekdays $32.5 /hour
- Weekends $32.5/hour x1.25 (Saturday), x1.5 (Sunday), x2.25 (Public Holiday)
- Overtime $32.5 x1.5 - x2.5 as applicable
- 12.00% Super
- Annual leave + Sick leave
[Responsibilities]
- Manage daily store operations, including stock control, hygiene, and customer service
- Supervise and train staff with strong leadership and communication skills
- Ensure sushi and menu quality control
- Manage and report store sales
- Able to handle busy periods and solve problems quickly
[Requirements]
- Must have a TFN
- Eligible visa holders for full-time work
- Flexible availability (any day, any time)
- Good health
- Able to communicate in English
- Sushi experience preferred, but solid kitchen experience required
- Hardworking and reliable
The training period may be shorter or longer depending on how quickly the candidate learns and demonstrates the required skills.
