About the role:
Coordinate specialist waitlists and appointments , manage bookings, cancellations and rescheduling in line with clinical requirements and service targets.
Maintain accurate patient records , ensure information is current, confidential and correctly recorded across systems including HBCIS.
Provide high-quality administrative support , manage reception, correspondence, enquiries, records and day-to-day patient administration.
Deliver a professional, patient-focused service , communicate effectively with patients, families, clinicians, referrers and other stakeholders.
Keep the service running smoothly , prioritise competing demands, work autonomously, meet deadlines and contribute to quality improvement and education initiatives.
About you:
Confidently manage waitlists, appointments, correspondence, records and competing priorities in a busy healthcare setting.
Experience or ability to learn electronic patient records and systems such as HBCIS, QUEUE Manager or Patient Flow, with exceptional attention to detail.
Communicate professionally and sensitively with patients, families, clinicians, referrers and other stakeholders across multiple channels.
Use sound judgement, manage competing demands and keep services running smoothly with minimal supervision.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $101,073 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $40.17 - $44.67 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
