The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer/Solar Installer to become a key member of our installation team. You will be responsible for the complete, high-quality installation of residential and/or commercial solar PV systems, from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete and independent installations of solar panel systems, including mounting, racking, and electrical wiring.
- Conduct roof work, ensuring all penetrations are properly sealed and flashed.
- Safely and efficiently handle all aspects of the job site, including layout, assembly, and mechanical/electrical installation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all company and industry safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with crew leads and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Athena Solar professionally at all times.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Essential Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in solar PV installation.
- Independence: Proven ability to work independently and complete a full installation with minimal supervision.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of all aspects of solar installation, including roofing techniques, mechanical mounting, and basic electrical principles.
- Mandatory Certifications:
- Valid Working at Heights certification.
- Valid White Card .
- Personal Attributes: Highly reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding work, lift heavy equipment (up to 25kg), and work comfortably on roofs in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: A clean driver’s license（optional).
