Top Health Doctors Capalaba is an established GP and skin cancer clinic located in Capalaba Park Shopping Centre. We are seeking an experienced casual receptionist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail and with exceptional communication skills.
Duties;
- Manage greeting, registration and departure of patients
- Deliver quality service and assistance to the Doctors working in the centre.
- Ensure that the facilities are clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure accurate billing and receipting for patient services
Skills & experience;
- 1-2 years previous Medical Receptionist experience required.
- Computer literacy and ability
- Proven multitasking, problem solving and time management
- Accurate data entry and communication skills
- Can do attitude
