Job Description- All Rounder Admin Assistant( Full Time)
Position Overview: All Rounder Admin Assistan is responsible for efficiently scheduling and coordinating the support services of our NDIS participants. They work closely with support workers, Service Coordinators, Service Managers, participants, and their families to ensure that participants receive the appropriate care and assistance as outlined in their NDIS plans. Helps in maintaining day-to-day Admin activities of Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Rostering and Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain a roster for support workers, considering participant preferences, staff availability, and service delivery requirements.
- Ensure that shifts are allocated in accordance with NDIS participant plans and funding.
Participant Liaison:
- Communicate with NDIS participants and their families to gather information about their support needs, preferences, and any changes in their plans and schedules through phone calls, SMS and email.
- Address participant inquiries and concerns regarding scheduling and support worker assignments.
CRM Management:
- Create the Participant Profile
- Create the Support Worker Profile
- Monitor staff's expired certifications.
- File management.
- Oversee the completion and signing of numerous clint’s forms.
- Handle Client information and provide business departments with report materials and data for various meetings.
- Keep track of Client’s requirements and maintain close communication with them.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of support worker schedules, participant interactions, and any changes in plans.
- Prepare the reports and documentation that the NDIS or organizational policies require.
Problem Solving:
- Address scheduling conflicts, emergency situations, and unplanned changes in support worker availability promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other team members to find suitable solutions.
- Should be able to provide assistance as Support Worker when needed both within homes and out in the community, as well as in P&L center.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor the quality of support services provided and gather feedback from participants and support workers.
- Implement improvements to enhance the participant experience and service delivery.
Data Management:
- Utilize scheduling and rostering software to efficiently manage participant information and schedules and support worker assignments.
Administration
· Handling day-to-day admin activities of Centre
· Inventory Management
· Coordination with Teams and Supporting them.
· Managing overall centre operations, Security and cleanliness.
· Participation in the company’s promotional events and activities
Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement in rostering and payroll procedures.
o Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to NDIS rostering and payroll.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Experience in disability support services or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in Rostering and Admin
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and regulations.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and computer applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
