Meta Ads Manager – Permanent Contractor
B Squared Studios is looking for a confident Meta Ads Manager to work with us on an ongoing contractor basis.
This is a permanent contractor position, not a fixed salary role. You set your rates, we factor those rates into our packages and pass the cost on to the client.
We typically bring on around 2–6 new clients per month requiring ad management. You’ll manage these campaigns and earn monthly ongoing commissions/fees for each active client you manage.
Your Role
- Set up, structure and manage Meta ad campaigns
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns
- Assist with campaign strategy, scripting and formatting when required
- Manage multiple client campaigns at once
- Communicate clearly with our team about performance and changes
We handle the wider production process, including planning, filming and editing. Your focus is making sure the advertising side performs.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who is confident in their ability to generate leads and measurable results when the right foundations are provided.
If you're given a strong offer, quality content, appropriate budget and a clear target audience, you should be confident taking responsibility for the campaign and pushing it towards results.
We're looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship with B Squared as our client base continues to grow.
Pay: $200.00 – $2,000.00 per week
