Crows Nest is looking for a high-performing, sales-focused Customer Experience & Sales Associate to lead the front desk experience and drive membership growth within one of Sydney’s premier indoor cycling studios.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building genuine relationships, and understands that every interaction is an opportunity to convert leads, retain members, and elevate the overall studio experience.
We’re looking for someone confident in sales, proactive in communication, and motivated by performance. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, achieving KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
About the Role
You will be the face of the studio and play a key role in driving both member experience and studio growth.
Your core focus:
Convert leads. Retain members. Elevate the experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Converting trials, walk-ins, and enquiries into active members
- Driving membership and retail sales performance consistently
- Delivering an exceptional front desk experience from first interaction to final goodbye
- Building strong member relationships that increase retention and long-term loyalty
- Managing front desk operations with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Maintaining a premium, high-energy, and impeccably presented studio environment
- Collaborating closely with instructors to foster a strong and welcoming community culture
This is not a passive reception role. You are expected to sell, influence, and perform.
About You
We are only interested in high-output, high-accountability individuals.
This is a high-energy, performance-driven environment. You are expected to bring consistent presence, pace, and confidence to every shift. Low energy, passive communication, or “just doing the job” attitudes do not fit here. Members come for an experience, and you are responsible for setting that tone from the front desk.
- Proven sales ability, not just customer service experience

- High energy, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-focused and operationally sharp
- Tech savvy and comfortable using booking and CRM systems
- You are comfortable being held to targets and being measured on results.
If you need constant direction, this is not the role for you.
Availability
- Monday mornings
- Wednesday mornings and evenings (Wednesday evenings are mandatory)
- Sunday mornings
- Additional weekday and weekend shifts available
Flexibility across a 7-day roster is preffered.
Requirements
- 1 to 2+ years experience in sales, fitness sales, or high-end customer service
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong track record of converting leads into customers or members
- First Aid & CPR (preferred, not essential)
