The Pool Operations Supervisor (Duty Manager) has the responsibility for the overall operation of the facility and assumes total responsibility for the Centre in the operational absence of the Aquatic Operations Officer or members of the Centre Management Team. The Pool Operations Supervisor (Duty Manager) will be proactive in providing leadership and direction to all staff ensuring that all areas of the Centre are operating efficiently and with the highest possible level of service.
Primary purpose of the role
The Casual Pool Operations Supervisor supervises and manages pool lifeguards, overseeing the safe use of facilities and advising centre employees of any special requirements.

Salary
Casual rate - $34.15 per hour + weekend penalty rates.

Pool Lifeguard Award
Level 2/Senior/Apply/Provide First Aid
