About the Role
As a Podiatrist at BHN, you'll provide evidence-based assessment, treatment and education to clients with a broad range of foot and lower limb conditions.
Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll support people with chronic health conditions, diabetes, complex care needs, disability and ageing-related concerns to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.
Based primarily across our community health sites_, you'll enjoy working in modern facilities while being supported by an established podiatry team and broader Allied Health network.
Your work will include:
- Delivering high-quality podiatry assessment and treatment services
- Providing education and self-management strategies to clients
- Supporting clients with chronic disease management and complex care needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary clinicians to provide integrated care
- Participating in clinical governance, quality improvement and case conferencing
- Supporting podiatry students and Allied Health Assistants where appropriate
About You
You are a passionate and client-focused podiatrist who enjoys working collaboratively and making a meaningful impact in community health.
You'll bring:
- Bachelor of Podiatry (or equivalent recognised qualification)
- Current or eligible AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and community health values
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
