Solmates is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused person to manage our weekend market stall at The Rocks, Sydney (October to March).
This is a casual weekend role for someone who loves meeting people, creating great customer experiences, and driving sales.
About the role
- Operate the Solmates stall every weekend at The Rocks (Saturday & Sunday)
- Engage with customers and represent our brand
- Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and conversation
- Set up, maintain and pack down the stall
- Manage transactions and keep the stall looking great
- Control inventory and assist with product restocking
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
What we’re looking for
- Confident, friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Reliable availability on weekends
- Comfortable working independently
- Previous retail, hospitality, market or brand ambassador experience is preferred
- Must be 18+ (cash handling)

- Competitive daily rate ($250/day + uncapped sales incentives (typical earnings $300–$350+ per day depending on sales performance)
