Full-Time Live Selling & Fashion Operations Manager for eBay Live / Whatnot
Australian Fashion Label is seeking an experienced, energetic, and fashion-focused full-time team member to join our growing online retail business specialising in live selling, designer fashion, and digital commerce.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone confident working within fast-paced online sales environments who enjoys both customer engagement and behind-the-scenes operations. You’ll play a key role in the growth of our live selling platforms and day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Hosting and assisting with eBay Live & Whatnot live sales
- Managing livestream operations and customer engagement
- Picking, packing, and coordinating customer orders
- Inventory management and stock organisation
- Uploading, merchandising, and preparing products online
- Assisting with showroom and studio operations
- Working closely with premium fashion and designer brands
- Supporting online growth, customer experience, and sales performance
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with eBay Live and/or Whatnot
- A strong understanding of fashion, designer labels, and current trends
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Confidence on camera and within live sales environments
- Strong organisational skills and initiative
- Experience in online retail, live selling, or fashion operations
- Flexibility to work across midday and evening shifts
- Melbourne-based role
- Full-time position
