About the role
The Nurse Manager (Grade 3) provides operational management and nursing leadership within the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) Alcohol and other Drugs Services.
Clinician engagement and leadership has been a prominent feature of the public health system for several years, where clinician led clinical standards, safety and quality improvements have become a major focus. The Local Health District (LHD) is committed to the strengthening and ongoing involvement and clinician engagement of staff that provide direct patient care in the planning, delivery, improvement and evaluation of health services.
