This is a genuine contractor opportunity: you run your own patch, keep 90% of everything you earn, and pay just a 10% weekly royalty to Magic. No franchise fee. No buy-in. You're in business for yourself, not by yourself.
The Deal

About the Role
You'll deliver premium car wash and detailing work to Magic's Gold Standard, while building a loyal local customer base through face-to-face relationships, repeat bookings and word of mouth. You're backed by a national brand with real marketing muscle — but your patch, your hustle, and your growth are yours to own.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality mobile car wash and detailing services to Magic's Gold Standard
- Converting leads generated by Magic's marketing into regular, repeat customers
- Getting out and creating your own opportunities — doorknocking local businesses, offices, apartment blocks and residential streets
- Operating and maintaining your van like it's your own business
- Following Magic's proven systems and training to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Keeping yourself and your work environment clean, safe and professionalz
What We're Looking For
- Previous detailing or car wash experience (essential)
- A natural at building relationships — confident starting conversations and comfortable promoting yourself locally
- Self-motivated, independent, and genuinely hungry to grow your own book of business
- Pride in your workmanship and an eye for detail
- Strong communicator with a customer-first attitude
- Valid driver's licence with a clean record
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- ABN required
