We’re seeking Occupational Therapists to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team, based primarily in the Yarra Valley. You’ll work with clients across the lifespan—from early childhood through adulthood—providing assessment, intervention, and collaborative support with families, educators, and allied health professionals.
The role includes clinic‑based work in Yarra Junction, community visits (home, school, kinder, aged care), and optional Telehealth/Work From Home sessions. Engagement at our Warragul clinic to be discussed based upon clinician location.
Provide evidence‑informed Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention, and reporting across the lifespan
Build strong therapeutic rapport with clients, families, carers, and community stakeholders
Administer, interpret, and report assessments efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold professional standards
Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client outcomes
Manage client information and company records with accuracy across all required platforms
Provide high‑quality client care through balanced caseload management, professional boundaries, and proactive risk communication
Contribute to service quality, team culture, and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in regular supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
Demonstrate professional wellbeing practices, positive communication, and solution‑focused thinking
Uphold organisational policies, OH&S requirements, and best‑practice clinical standards
A varied caseload across neurodiversity, disability, and mental health
Regular 1:1, group, and team supervision
