Best&Less has an opportunity for a Part-time Retail Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Richmond Store. The position is for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with availability from Tuesday to Saturday.
As an integral member of the Richmond ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member your role will include:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member you are recognised as someone who has:
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail & merchandising
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Desire to develop your career in retail
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Have a positive attitude – we can teach the rest!
