Join the Launch of JAVEX Logistics
JAVEX Logistics is building a new delivery operation in Chullora, officially launching on 2 September 2026.
We are recruiting now for approximately 40 Delivery Drivers as we progressively expand our fleet to 20 vans.
This is an opportunity to join a new operation from the beginning, supported by a management team with years of experience building and scaling successful transport and logistics operations for major Australian clients.
We are seeking a mixture of full-time and part-time employees who take pride in working safely, efficiently and professionally.
This is stable employment with structured shifts, weekly pay, company-supplied vehicles and fully paid training. It is not gig work, and you will not need to use your own vehicle or pay for fuel.
Why Join JAVEX?
At JAVEX, we believe successful operations are built by setting drivers up for success.
We offer:
- A permanent base rate starting from $32.36 per hour (25% above minimum wage)
- Sunday rates of up to $64.72 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 9.5 paid working hours per shift, even when you complete your route early
- Overtime and penalty rates paid in accordance with the Road Transport and Distribution Award
- Annual leave, personal leave and superannuation for permanent employees
- Fully paid theory and practical training
- Company-supplied delivery van
- Fuel paid for by the company
- Uniform and safety equipment supplied
- Free staff parking at the Chullora depot
- Consistent, structured work
- Supportive and experienced local management
- Performance recognition and incentives
- Career growth opportunities as the operation expands
- Potential progression into trainer, team leader, dispatch and operational management roles
About the Role
Drivers will begin and finish each shift at our depot in Chullora.
Your day will involve completing pre-shift duties, loading your company-supplied van and delivering parcels throughout an allocated Sydney delivery region on behalf of one of the world’s largest e-commerce and technology companies.
You can expect to:
- Deliver approximately 150 to 200 parcels per day, depending on the route
- Deliver to residential and commercial addresses
- Safely load, organise and unload parcels
- Operate a company-supplied delivery van
- Use a handheld delivery device and navigation system
- Follow all safety, delivery and customer service procedures
- Complete required pre-shift and end-of-shift checks
- Return the vehicle to the Chullora depot at the end of each shift
- Provide professional and friendly service to customers
Parcels can weigh up to 23 kg, although most deliveries consist of smaller satchels and boxes.
