About the Role
As a Learning & Development Consultant, you will engage with individuals interested in professional development and learning opportunities. You will provide information, guidance, and support throughout their participation in structured learning programs and development initiatives.
Working remotely, you will utilise established systems, digital learning platforms, and proven processes to help participants engage effectively with available resources and opportunities.
This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing professional development within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals interested in learning and professional development opportunities
- Conduct professional consultations to understand participant goals and learning objectives
- Provide information about available learning programs, resources, and development pathways
- Support participants throughout their learning and development experience
- Build and maintain professional relationships through digital communication channels
- Share relevant information, resources, and opportunities with prospective participants
- Utilise company-provided systems, templates, and communication tools effectively
- Maintain accurate records and follow established operational processes
- Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team collaboration activities
