Michael Hill is seeking a dynamic HR Administrator to join the People Experience Team in our Support Centre. In this role, you will report to the HR Team Leader. You will be the first point of contact for people-related enquiries, ensuring a seamless team member experience. You will provide prompt, accurate administrative support on policies, systems, and processes while delivering precise and efficient administrative assistance across all HR functions.

Responsibilities include:
- Responding to team member and leader queries promptly and professionally
- Assisting with people processes, including HR system support and documentation
- Supporting leaders and team members through all stages of the employment lifecycle
- Achieving required Service Level KPIs including response and resolution time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Processing people-related transactions with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Providing basic advice to team members and leaders regarding processes, policies, and basic queries
Experiences that will set you up for success:
- Proven ability to effectively manage administrative tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Experience working in a fast-paced administration environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Experience in multi-stakeholder collaboration
