KompleteCare is looking for an energetic and driven Commercial Projects Development Officer to lead the growth of our expanding Commercial Projects Division. This is an exciting opportunity to combine business development, sales, project management and operational leadership while making a genuine difference in the community.

- Top Dawg Grooming
- Skills Centre Australia
- Future commercial ventures

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring our commercial projects operate efficiently and continue to expand.
Your role will include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Building relationships with clients, referral partners and industry stakeholders
- Representing KompleteCare at networking events, expos and conferences
- Growing external sales for Skills Centre Australia
- Developing and maintaining strong sales pipelines and CRM records
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of KompleteClean and Top Dawg Grooming
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures and improving business processes
- Preparing performance reports and contributing to organisational strategy
- Identifying opportunities for future commercial projects and expansion
About You
You're an enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys creating opportunities and delivering results.
You'll ideally have experience in:
- Business development
- Sales and lead generation
- Commercial operations
- Project management
- Building long-term client relationships
- Working towards KPIs and growth targets
You'll also bring:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
- A collaborative and professional approach
- The ability to balance strategy with hands-on operational management
Qualifications in Business, Management, Sales or Project Management are desirable but not essential.

- B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)
