What you'll be doing
As a valued member of our kitchen team, you will:
- Prepare and present authentic, high-quality Asian dishes that delight our members and guests
- Work closely with our chefs and front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
- Contribute ideas for menu development, seasonal specials and new offerings
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Help foster a positive, supportive and professional kitchen culture
- Play a key role during busy service periods while remaining calm, focused and efficient
- Ensure consistency and attention to detail in every dish that leaves the kitchen
