Job Description
7 Month Temporary Full-Time Fixed Term Contract – July 2026 to January
2027, with opportunity to continue Part-Time
- Fast-paced, dynamic role with no two days the same!
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and professional Executive
Assistant to support our Executive leadership team at Noosa Hospital, over a 7
month period covering leave.
In this role, you will support the CEO, Director of Clinical Services and Director of
Finance and Support Services, ensuring seamless coordination in an efficient and
effective manner.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Diary and email management of Executive team
- Communication with Doctors, internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and distributing correspondence
- Meeting & committee coordination and minute taking
- Compliance documentation and database management
- Maintaining medical staff credentialling database
- Organisation of events and hospital wide communications
Your advanced time management skills and exceptional organisational skills will be
essential in ensuring smooth day to day management. Your highly developed
interpersonal skills provide a service-orientated professional experience with key
stakeholders.
Experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant is desirable, but not
essential. Training is provided.
