Project Operations: Follow up on residential and commercial photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage projects, from site surveys, scheme design, quotation to installation, grid connection, and acceptance.
Team Management: Coordinate sales, design, electrician, installation teams, and after-sales personnel; arrange work plans and monitor progress.
Supply Chain Management: Liaise with PV module, inverter, battery, and installation material suppliers; control procurement costs, inventory, and delivery time.
Customer Management: Handle customer inquiries, contract progress, installation arrangements, complaints, and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that design, construction, grid connection, and subsidy applications comply with local regulations, electrical standards, and safety requirements.
Cost and Profit Management: Calculate project costs, control labor, material, and transportation costs, and analyze project gross profit.
Data Analysis: Compile statistics on order volume, installation volume, conversion rate, delivery cycle, power generation performance, and after-sales issues.
Process Optimization: Establish standard processes for quotation, contracts, procurement, construction, acceptance, and after-sales service.
Market Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop operational strategies; analyze competitors, product prices, and customer needs.
Management Reporting: Submit project progress, operational data, risks, and improvement plans to the company's management.
Pay: $250,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
