Retail & Coffee Team Member | Permanent Part-Time – James Street (24 hours/week)
Join our retail and coffee team in a permanent part-time position based at our James Street store. This role works across a rotating roster up to 24 hours per week, including weekends and some peak trade periods.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or barista/coffee service preferred.

Ability to confidently prepare and serve coffee to a consistent, high standard (barista experience essential or strong willingness to learn quickly).

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, high-end retail experience.

Take customer orders, process transactions, and manage POS accurately.

Maintain coffee station cleanliness, stock levels, and product displays.

Support general retail duties including merchandising, packaging, and store presentation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Team-focused, reliable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
