Location- Bibra Lake
The Role
Working as part of the Service team in our Bibra Lake workshop and on client sites,
your role will include the inspection, assembly, installation, and testing of lifting, rigging,
and heigh safety equipment.
The work is typically Monday to Friday, but overtime and weekend work may be
available once you meet required competencies and is paid at penalty rates.
A snapshot of the role includes:
- Assembly, inspection, service, and installation of hoisting and rigging systems.
- Installation of height safety equipment.
- General workshop duties, including maintaining a clean workshop.
- Maintaining records in testing and ERP software.
What we are looking for
As training will be provided, if you are enthusiastic about a new career, have excellent
work ethic, and can demonstrate relevant skills and experience, we encourage you to
apply, even if you aren't an experienced service technician. We are looking for the
following:
- Experience working in an industrial setting, (such as construction, manufacturing,
resources, or renewables.
- Able to take on a physical role, including regularly lifting and moving (safe) loads in
accordance with WHS procedures, standing for long periods, and working with
impact tools.
- A current, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening,
and additional post-employment assessment and testing (which may be required by
clients to access their sites).
