Senior Accounts Payable Officer
SKG Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Officer to oversee and manage the full accounts payable function across multiple entities. This role is responsible for supervising the AP team, managing daily banking and cashflow requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier and service provider payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple entities
- Supervise and support the Accounts Payable team and daily operations
- Manage banking payments and daily cashflow to ensure adequate operational funding
- Process and pay service provider and supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Ensure all invoices are approved, accurate, and aligned with budgets
- Verify service provider invoices against approved budgets and supporting documentation
- Ensure subcontractor statements are received with monthly invoices
- Ensure invoices are coded correctly to the general ledger and site codes
- Coordinate and process scheduled and ad hoc payment runs
- Process staff reimbursements promptly
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve account enquiries and payment issues
- Maintain accurate creditor ledgers and supplier/service provider records
- Issue remittance advices to suppliers and service providers
- Prepare and maintain weekly creditor reports
- Ensure new service providers are added for TPAR reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and structured filing systems
- Deliver work to a consistently high standard
- Assist the Finance Manager and CFO as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable supervision or a similar finance role
- Strong understanding of AP processes, banking, and cashflow management
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different entities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with accounting systems and financial reporting

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
