Role: Oracle CRM Tester
Location: Adelaide
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle CRM Tester to join a growing QA and transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle CRM/Fusion applications, functional and integration testing, and validating enterprise business processes across CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements for Oracle CRM applications.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Oracle CRM workflows, interfaces, integrations, and customer data flows.
- Conduct backend database testing using SQL queries.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Support UAT testing and production deployment activities.
- Prepare test reports, status updates, and QA documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle CRM Testing / Oracle Fusion CX / Oracle Siebel CRM.
- Hands-on experience in functional and integration testing.
- Good understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle.
- Strong SQL/database validation skills.
- Experience with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Experience testing APIs and integrations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Exposure to automation testing tools.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
- Prior experience in banking, telecom, government, or enterprise transformation projects.
