About the Role:
As a Site Supervisor / Estimator, you'll take ownership of insurance repair and restoration projects from assessment through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending insurance claims and conducting site assessments
- Preparing detailed building reports and quotations
- Managing projects from commencement through to handover
- Coordinating and supervising trades and subcontractors
- Maintaining regular communication with homeowners and clients
- Managing site access and project schedules
- Resolving issues and ensuring projects remain on track
- Ensuring compliance with all OHS and legislative requirements
- Completing final inspections and project documentation
- Travelling throughout Albury and surrounding regional areas
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a strong work ethic. Most importantly, we're seeking a person who is motivated to grow, learn, and build a long-term career with our business.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A building trade or construction qualification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Sound understanding of OHS practices and regulations
- Knowledge of construction methods and trade costs
- Intermediate computer skills
- A current driver's licence
Insurance building experience is advantageous but not essential. We are committed to developing the right person and providing ongoing training and support.
