Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Design, implement, and evaluate engaging curriculum that supports children’s curiosity, confidence, and holistic development.
- Mentor and support educators through reflective practice, collaboration, and shared learning.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold National Quality Standard (NQS) practices across the service.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
- Lead high-quality documentation practices, ensuring observations and learning stories align with developmental outcomes.
About You
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in early childhood education.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
- Current Child Protection training and a genuine commitment to child-safe practices.
