SALES & MARKETING MANAGERRoofing & Tools Businesses
We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow two established businesses — a roofing business and a tools business.
This is a mostly work-from-home role for someone who is confident in sales, social media, content creation and business development, and who can take ownership of helping both businesses grow.
THE ROLE
Your main focus will be growing the roofing business, while also helping build and expand the tools business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new roofing leads and sales
- Following up enquiries and converting leads into customers
- Managing social media accounts for both businesses
- Creating engaging content including photos, videos, reels and posts
- Developing social media and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and enquiries
- Building relationships with builders, trades, suppliers and potential customers
- Contacting and developing relationships with new stockists for the tools business
- Following up potential stockists and wholesale opportunities
- Identifying new sales and business opportunities
- Helping grow both brands and increase revenue
- Tracking enquiries, leads, sales and marketing results
- Bringing fresh ideas and taking initiative to improve the businesses
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven sales experience
- Has experience managing social media and creating content
- Is confident speaking with customers and businesses
- Is comfortable making sales calls and following up leads
- Is organised, proactive and self-motivated
- Can work independently and manage their own time
- Has a strong understanding of marketing and business growth
- Is confident using social media platforms
- Is results-driven and enjoys achieving targets
- Experience in roofing, construction, tools or trade industries is a bonus
WHAT WE OFFER
Mostly work from home
$35–$40 per hour + super, depending on experience
Performance bonuses on top for achieving agreed sales and growth targets
Flexible and independent working environment
Occasional in-person meetings, content days and business events
