Seafood Sales Assistant – Hurstville
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Assistant to join our team at Tosca Seafood, conveniently located in Hurstville Central, directly above Hurstville Station.
Position details:
* 5 days per week
* Saturday & Sunday availability is required
* Hours: 10:00am – 6:00pm
* Stable, ongoing position
* Very convenient location for public transport
Main duties include:
* Serving customers and providing friendly service
* Weighing, packing and selling fresh seafood
* Keeping displays clean, stocked and presentable
* General cleaning and shop duties
* Building relationships with regular customers
No seafood experience is required, as full training can be provided. Previous retail, sales, customer service or seafood experience would be highly regarded.
Languages:
Mandarin or Cantonese speaking skills would be highly regarded, as we have a large Chinese-speaking customer base. However, this is not essential, particularly for candidates with strong seafood, retail or sales experience.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, confident with customers and comfortable working in a busy environment.
