About the Showroom Sales Consultant Role:
Key responsibilities
- Assist showroom visitors and enquiries
- Discuss home or renovation projects
- Recommend products and next steps
- Book consultations and provide quotes
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
About you
- Friendly, confident and organised
- Interested in homes, interiors or design
- Comfortable with computers and customer conversations
- Keen to learn and grow
Requirements
- 1–2 years in retail, sales or customer service
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Australian work rights
