The Role:
As our Night Production Supervisor, you'll work Monday to Thursday, 1:00am–11:00am, overseeing daily production operations and playing a key role in coaching teams, driving operational excellence and delivering production targets, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and team performance. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be a critical link between the shop floor and leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular safety walks and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead daily pre-start meetings and weekly toolbox talks.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members.
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
About You
- Previous leadership experience within manufacturing, food production, FMCG, or a similar operational environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and compliance.
- Food safety/HACCP knowledge or experience in a regulated production environment highly regarded.
- Experience supervising in a 24/7 or night-shift operation preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound decision-making abilities and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
