About Aligned OT
Aligned OT is a growing multidisciplinary allied health clinic providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetic and Psychology services to children, adolescents and their families.
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our team as a contractor. This role offers flexibility in managing your own availability while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Administrative support, referrals and clinic facilities are provided to assist you in building and managing your caseload.
About the Role
This role will primarily support children and young people from infancy through to 21 years of age across a range of developmental, behavioural and mental health needs.
Areas of support may include:
- Anxiety and emotional regulation.
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
- Behavioural and emotional difficulties.
- Social skills and peer relationships.
- Self-esteem and confidence.
- School-related challenges.
- Adjustment to life changes.
- Parent coaching and family support.
- Emotional wellbeing and coping strategies.
There is also the opportunity to support adults, including parents and caregivers, where appropriate. Experience or an interest in working with adults is desirable but not essential.
Services may be provided within our clinic, via community visits or through telehealth, depending on clinician preference and client needs.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia through AHPRA.
- Eligibility to provide psychological services under Medicare (preferred but not essential).
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
- An ABN (or willingness to obtain one).
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Experience working with children, adolescents, neurodevelopmental conditions and disability is highly regarded but not essential.

- Contractor arrangement.
- Competitive contractor percentage.
