We're looking for a section waiter and a bartender to join a team that takes genuine pride in what they do. Two different roles, same standard: switched on, warm with guests, and serious about the craft.

What we're looking for
For the floor: you're confident supporting a section, comfortable with food and wine, and calm under pressure when the room gets busy. You read guests well and junior team members naturally look to you.
For the bar: you know your product — spirits, sake, cocktails — and you build genuine presence without performing. You hold pace and personality at the same time.

To be considered you'll need
- Experience as a section waiter or bartender in a quality restaurant or bar
- Current RSA certification
- A genuine interest in hospitality — the food, the drink, and the guest in front of you
