About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable Administation Manager to support senior leadership in driving operational excellence, financial discipline, and sustainable growth across a diversified group operating in retirement living, aged care, and property development.
This is a senior, hands-on role that combines strategy, systems leadership, reporting, and operational oversight across multiple business units.
This role will be reporting directly to General Manager. Collaborating with Operational and Finance Manager, Investmenet and Project Finance Manager as well as a HR external company.

Day to day tasks:
- Provide high-level strategic, administrative, and operational support to senior management.
- Work closely with the CEO to support profitability, growth initiatives, and long-term planning.
- Represent the Group in strategic discussions, negotiations, and external partnerships.
- Direct administrative and operational teams to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery.
- Optimise resource allocation across departments and projects.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated IT and digital systems across village operations.
- Oversee systems including security, access control, emergency response, and hospitality/restaurant platforms.
- Ensure system reliability, operational continuity, and effective user support.
- Lead the Group's corporate reporting framework, ensuring compliance with bank covenants and stakeholder requirements.
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, financial analysis, and performance insights to support decision-making and budgeting.
- Analyse complex operational and financial issues and prepare executive-level reports.
- Manage business licences, permits, and regulatory registrations across all Group entities.
- Oversee HR management systems and related administrative processes.
- Manage CRM system implementation and ongoing optimisation, ensuring data integrity, usability, and reporting accuracy.
- Design and implement semi-automated reporting processes for project cost reporting to funders, banks, and quantity surveyors.
- Develop automated sales and performance reporting across retirement village, aged care, and development projects.
- Lead the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation across the Group.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor or higher in Business
- At least 2 years of the relevant experience
- Experience in Reitrement Village
