IT Support Engineer | Gilmour Space Technologies

Gilmour Space Technologies is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain critical IT systems that support rocket development, manufacturing, testing, and launch operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced aerospace environment where technology plays a vital role in mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to employees across the business
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT asset inventories
Support Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and collaboration platforms
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, VPN, and business systems
Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, security updates, and compliance requirements
Create technical documentation and contribute to IT process improvements
Skills & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration roles
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Experience with endpoint management and device support
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices
Experience with IT projects, system upgrades, and automation initiatives
