We're looking for Casual Retail Team Members / Baristas to join our Northland store. Whether you're starting your first job or already have hospitality experience, if you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Retail Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every customer by:
Preparing quality coffee and beverages
Serving our delicious donuts and other products
Delivering friendly and genuine customer service
Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented store
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Working closely with your team to keep the store running smoothly
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
Reliable and punctual
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
A great team player with a willingness to learn
Previous retail, hospitality, or barista experience is highly regarded, but not essential
To be considered for this role, you'll need to be available to work weekday opening and midday shifts, with rostered hours typically falling between 8:00 AM and 7:45 PM.
This position has been created to support our weekday roster, so availability during these times is essential. The more flexible your weekday availability, the more opportunities you'll have to work.
