We're currently looking for a mature, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Admin Team, which is responsible for the smooth running of our day-to-day operations within our workplace
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of admin and operational tasks. It will involve responding to emails, reporting to key to stakeholders, managing calendars and schedules, preparing external documents, scheduling and helping coordinate internal documents. You’ll also provide direct support to the Managment ensuring everything is up to date and not falling through the cracks. It’s a varied role with plenty of moving pieces perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
The ideal candidate:
- High level of attention to detail
- Minimum 2 year in experience in NDIS and administration
- Efficient in organising and managing systems
- Great communication and people skills
- Proficient in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Gmail, Google Drive)
- Reliable and diligent in your work
- Quick and enthusiastic learner
- Efficient and has a can-do attitude
Pay: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour
Experience:
- Desktop administration: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
