Mini Masterminds is a leading early childhood education provider committed to delivering exceptional care and educational experiences for children. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team at Mini Masterminds Box Hill (84 places) on a part-time basis, working Fridays (7.5 hours per week).
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher looking for a flexible work arrangement while continuing to make a meaningful impact on children's learning and development.
Working closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, wellbeing, and development.

Key Responsibilities-
Deliver engaging and meaningful educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Contribute to documentation, observations, and program planning

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
About You-
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent (NOT Working Towards)

Current Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
