Position:- Full Time
Salary Range:- $70K - $75K
STOCKMAN'S MOTEL PTY LIMITED is seeking experienced chef to join our team.
To be considered for the position you must have extensive experience working in a
busy restaurant kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
- Preparing and cooking food
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Kitchen staff
- Enforcing hygiene regulations
- May select and train staff
- May freeze and preserve foods
Experience and Requirements:
- Experience training, developing and mentoring kitchen teams
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to lead and demonstrate passion cooking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
