Your key responsibilities:
- Maintaining hygiene standards and general cleaning of the kitchen
- Washing of dishes, pots & pans
- Garbage removal & control
- Assisting chefs with food preparation
- Following & maintaining recycling processes
What we are looking for:
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work all hours/days starting at 7am for breakfast service and finishing at 10pm for dinner service
- Someone who enjoys a fast passed environment
- Physically capable as this is a demanding job
