A Healthcare IT Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and delivery of technology projects that support clinical and business operations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring IT solutions improve patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver healthcare IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to gather project requirements.
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Manage vendors and third-party technology providers.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system implementation.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve project issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support change management and user training during system rollouts.
Pay: From $9,500.00 per month
