iPowr Energy is expanding nationally and building a scalable, KPI-driven solar sales operation focused on performance, accountability, and speed.
We are looking for a high-performing Phone Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a pod of phone-based solar sales consultants.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands sales accountability, and knows how to drive consistent activity, follow-up, and conversion performance.
About the Role
You will manage a team of 5–8 phone sales consultants and be responsible for the daily execution and performance of your sales pod.
Your focus will include:
- Driving speed to lead
- Managing daily sales activity
- Improving conversion rates
- Ensuring all quotes are actively followed up
- Maintaining CRM and pipeline discipline
- Coaching and developing sales reps
- Managing stale leads and aged opportunities
- Holding reps accountable to KPI targets
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, accountability, and performance management.
KPI Expectations
Your team will operate against clear performance targets including:
- 100 calls per rep per day
- 20 quotes per rep per week
- 4 sales per rep per week
- Same-day lead engagement
- Active follow-up on all open opportunities
You will be responsible for ensuring your team consistently performs against these benchmarks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous phone sales leadership experience
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- Experience managing KPI-driven sales teams
- Strong coaching and accountability skills
- Ability to drive urgency and follow-up discipline
- High level communication and leadership ability
Highly Regarded:
- Solar industry experience
- High-ticket phone sales experience
- Experience in fast-paced inbound lead environments
- Experience using GoHighLevel, Pylon, or similar CRMs
