Little Miss Violet Café is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Floor Staff member to join our team.
We are hiring either:
- Full Time, or
- Part Time (4 days per week)
Applicants must be available to work weekends.
About the Role
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Serve food and beverages
- Keep the café clean, organised, and well presented
- Work closely with the kitchen and barista team
- Help create a positive experience for every customer
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, energetic, and reliable team player
- Excellent customer service skills are essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café
- Must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred
- Coffee making skills are an advantage, but not essential
