Hello Home Doctor Service are seeking experienced contact centre operators with demonstrated experience.
Shifts will be flexible and required across the following days and times:-
- Monday to Sunday: am / pm / evening shifts
- Public Holidays: am / pm / evening shifts
- Overnight: various shifts starting from 2200 to 0900.
- Onsite shifts will be offered.
Our Service is seeking candidates with the following experience :-
- Previous contact centre / customer service experience
- Demonstrated dispatch/logistics experience
- Previous experience in the medical field an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
- A team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and data entry skills.
Successful applicants must:-
- Have Call Centre Experience
- Be available to work across weeknights, weekends, overnights and/or public holidays
- Be available for immediate training.
- Be willing to work 15 to 25 hours on a casual basis weekly
